Basic Plus CPR,AED & First Aid For Adult

The Basic Plus CPR, AED & First Aid for Adults course is a comprehensive, internationally accredited one-day programme designed to give you the confidence and practical skills to respond effectively in life-threatening emergencies.

In just 6–8 hours you will learn and practise the latest evidence-based techniques to recognise cardiac arrest, perform high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), safely operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), relieve choking, control severe bleeding, manage shock, and place an unresponsive casualty into the recovery position. The course combines short theory sessions with intensive hands-on practice using adult mannequins and real training AEDs so every participant leaves fully competent and ready to act when seconds matter.

Course Outcome:

• Perform high-quality CPR on adults

• Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively

• Respond to choking (conscious and unconscious victims)

• Recognise and act on heart attack, stroke, and cardiac arrest

• Control severe bleeding and manage shock

Assessment and Certification

• Written exam and practical assessment
• A minimum score of 70% on the written examination is required to successfully complete the course.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Medic First Aid Provider Certificate, valid for two years. The certificate can be renewed by attending a refresher course.
