Safe Moving and Handling

The Safe Moving and Handling course is a practical, internationally accredited 1-day programme that dramatically reduces one of the biggest causes of workplace injury – back pain and musculoskeletal disorders from poor lifting and moving techniques. Fully compliant with Bahrain Labour Law, Saudi Royal Decree, ILO Convention 155, and HSE best practice, participants learn and repeatedly practise the latest ergonomic principles using real workplace objects, patient-handling dolls, and team-lifting scenarios. By the end of the day, every delegate can move loads and people safely, protecting themselves and their colleagues for life.

Course Outcomes:

• Understand how the spine works and why most back injuries happen
